Backend Developer - Python

Ibtidah Solutions is looking for talented and passionate Backend Developers (Python) with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team!

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for building robust server-side application logic, integrating seamlessly with front-end developers, and ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of our systems.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain server-side applications using Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django).
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs for smooth front-end and back-end communication.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, defects, and production issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

• Qualifications:
• Experience: 1–2 years working with Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django).
• Strong understanding of OOP, Data Structures & Algorithms, and operating system fundamentals (memory management, threads, processes).
• Solid understanding of web application architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) is a plus.
• Proficiency with Git and version control practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus.
